Alumni Association

The Howard Baker Foundation is proud to have assisted in financing the educational development of many deserving minority Detroiters for over 16 years. It is through Mr. Bakers’ generosity that the dream of attending Wayne State University was made a reality for these individuals.

Efforts are underway to establish a Howard Baker Foundation Alumni Association (with new and former students). Establishment of this Alumni Association would be to network with others who have benefited, and carry on Mr. Baker’s commitment to the City of Detroit and its residents through providing assistance to City of Detroit residents in financing their education at Wayne State University and to encourage continued progress towards a degree and recognize scholastic achievement.

This Association will allow his legacy to continue to live on forever through the impact he has made in changing the future of your lives and what you do for others.
